Owen was treated to a fishing trip today (12.1.2007) to the Abilene State Park for his "real" birthday. Even though his "real" birthday was yesterday, he enjoyed spending time by the water with Daddy, "Bud" and Uncle David. Daddy was the only one to catch a fish and Owen reported that it was "very itty bitty".
We went out for Owen's birthday dinner this evening, his choice: Chick-fil-a. Aunt Ashley and Uncle David were kind enough to accompany the boys for some play ground fun. SO FUN!
After dinner "Bud", "Honey", "GG", Aunt Ashley, Uncle David, Mommy, Daddy, Clay, Will and the birthday boy made their way to "Bud" and "Honey's" house for cupcakes and presents! Owen was indeed spoiled rotten by many wonderful gifts! Happy 3rd birthday Owen!
